    I have placed an order with ASKMEBAZAR for Glen Chimmeny on 13th Oct 2015. However I received a non working device.

    For which I have raised a Complaint qrc3812 I was confirmed by the call centre executive at 04444444444 – to get the money refund within 7 days after the reverse pickup.

    Since then each and every time I try to call at 04444444444 – they book a compliant no and tell me; I shall get a call from back end team and refund will happen. But probably i have done more than 10 times this exercise, but my refund is not been done.

    Every time they ask the same questions to me which has started irritating me –

    – They ask me the whole case history, probably which they can view in my case history
    – They ask me my bank details
    – They ask me if reverse pickup is done or not ?

    And finally they book a compliant and inform me to wait for 24 hours to receive a call from back end team –

    Surely i receive call from a different after a couple of days – they to ask the same set of questions –

    – They ask me the whole case history, probably which they can view in my case history

    And they inform within 7 business days the refund will be done –

    I want somebody who is responsible to handle this case in a more serious manner.

    And send me the refund at the earliest –

      I believe they are having perfect promo for their ecom site. Only mentally unstable people are advised to visit the site & buy. Normal person should remain away for them….. Ajoy

    • I have ordered a waterproof mattress on 10th Oct, 15 with order is- AB5950893. I was told that I will receive it in 10 days. I enquired them on 20th Oct about the product. They told me that it is 10 WORKING days (i.e. excluding sat, sun and public holiday). So I have to wait till 23rd Oct. I recalled them on 24th Oct about the product. they told me to file a complaint and assured to revert in 7-10 WORKING days. I again called them on 5th Nov, they told that they are CANCELLING the order coz it’s too late. I told them not to cancel but still they cancel the order & told me that refund will be there in 7-10 WORKING days. Then I called them after 10 WORKING days, they told that they are SORRY, and they will file a complaint regarding this and resolve the issue in 24 WORKING HOURS, which according to them in 3 WORKING DAYS & I will receive a call back from them. I again called them after 24 WORKING HOURS, which they replied as SORRY and file a complaint and resolve it in 7- 10 WORKING DAYS. After 10 WORKING DAYS, I told them to connect to their sr supervisor. They connected to MS Aakanksha who assured me that I will receive a call again 24 WORKING HOURS. Till date, I have not received the REFUNG OR any call back. NOW I AM TOATALLY FED OF THIS working hours and their assurance. This site is a FRAUD. THEY ARE FOOLING PEOPLE. BY GOING ITS ADVERTISEMENT, Farhan akhtar is saying that it is a STRESS RELIEVER SITE. But I have developed SERIOUS STRESS.
      PEOPLE, PLZ AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. THIS IS FRAUD SITE. They have cancelled the product by itself and at thensame time not refunded the money. What can be bigger fraud than this. We working people don’t have any time to lodge complaint against this site in Consumer Court or Police station. As u can see that after a period of almost 2 months, I am writing all this. But I have this inside me since many days. AND I HAVE LOST ALL THE HOPES OF GETTING MY MONEY BACK. Also its not a issue of money. Its a issue of our important time and the faith. I have wasted nearly 500/- rs in calling them. THIS IS FRAUD SITE.

    I think this is also a fraud company like Naaptol.They are so clever , when I put my area pin code,automatically it should show that the item cannot be delivered to this area.Instead till payment made things didn’t say anything once the payment was made and the amount was debited I recd a SMS stating the order is cancelled and the payment will be refunded within 5 – 7 working days.They are fooling the customers.

  26. I have ordered for titan watch, said company did not updated me except initial formal msg. first a fall they dont have cash on delivery option. I have paid thru my card. after payment made by me company did informed me anything thru mail or sms. i surprised about cheap service and i called up to their service centre. as per communication i came to know tht the process takes around 10-12 working days. and surprisingly on 9th day of order i recd. msg about cancellation of order from their side. and for refund of amount it will take again 8-10 working day. I really dont understand how the way company running with cheap service. it means my money is lying in company’s account for more than 15 days with no reason. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH ASKMEBAZAAR…..
