How to Activate SBI Mobile Banking?
For activation of SBI Mobile banking, you have to follow the simple step:
you have to send SMS from your phone: Type MBSREG and send it to 567676. You will receive user ID and MPIN shortly.
Activating SBI Mobile Banking
-If you have i-phone/Windows/ Android cell phones, you can go to respective application stores and download the application.
-SBI Mobile banking Application for Android Users -> State Bank Freedom
-If you don’t have GPRS connection then download the application from Online SBI
-If you have downloaded the application, then you need to fill up your UserID and MPIN received by SMS. You have to be careful as UserID is case sensitive. Now, enter your old MPIN. To re-set MPIN, enter a six digit MPIN of your choice in new MPIN tab.
-To confirm, type the new MPIN in ‘Confirm new MPIN’ window’ and press ‘Choose’. You should receive confirmation via a SMS.
-If re-setting does not occur, go to ‘Settings’ in ‘Main menu’ and press ‘Change MPIN’. (Please assure that your UserID has only six characters.)
After finishing the above steps, go to ATM Branch with your Debit card. Swipe your card and enter your ATM pin, then click on the Mobile Registration option. Now select Register Mobile number and enter your 10 digit Mobile number which you have registered on your SBI bank. Now you have successfully register your Mobile number, you will receive a confirmation message from SBI.
